SZW Series Water Tube Reciprocating Grate Steam Boiler

The SZW series boiler is a double-drum, water-tube biomass steam boiler equipped with a reciprocating (step) grate, specially engineered for high-moisture, low-calorific biomass fuels such as coconut shells, palm fiber, tree bark, and peanut shells. It features a split structure with the upper boiler body and lower combustion system.

The upper part includes water-cooled walls, convection tube bundles, and a steam-water separation system, ensuring rapid steam output and stable pressure. The furnace is built with refractory bricks and concrete to maintain heat and resist high-temperature corrosion.

The reciprocating grate design enhances fuel combustion through staged movement and mixing, making it highly efficient and adaptable to a wide range of biomass fuels. The boiler also incorporates a cyclone reburning chamber for secondary combustion and dust separation, improving thermal efficiency and reducing emissions.
