Product Introduction

SZL series biomass steam boiler is a double-drum, horizontal water tube boiler with chain grate combustion. It adopts modular assembly—small capacity models are quick-assembly type, while larger ones are split into upper heating and lower combustion sections. The boiler features water walls, steam-water separator, blowdown device, and an economizer for improved efficiency. It is suitable for burning various biomass fuels like wood chips, rice husk, bagasse, and coconut shell, making it ideal for industries such as textiles, food, and chemicals.Compared with coal-fired boilers, biomass fuels have lower cost and lower operating cost.
