Bidragon successfully installed a YGL-2000F coal fired thermal oil heater with 2000kW thermal power output in an asphalt plant. Previously, asphalt heating relied on outdated manual fire heating, which caused partial coking, overheating, and quality issues. After technological transformation using hot oil as a heat carrier, the new thermal fluid heater system ensures stable asphalt quality, prolongs road lifespan, reduces coal consumption by 50%, lowers operating costs, and decreases pollution. This closed thermal system provides both economic and environmental benefits.

A Russian brewery customer inquired about a steam boiler for their processing line and visited our factory twice to discuss technical details and boiler room design. After six months of communication and engineering support, we completed a 1000kg oil fired steam boiler with 1.0Mpa steam pressure. The boiler and burner have been finished, packed separately, and stored in our warehouse, ready for delivery by railway once customer shipping details are confirmed.

In textile printing and dyeing, large amounts of steam are required for pretreatment, dyeing, printing, and finishing processes. Traditional high-pressure steam supply often leads to energy waste and pollution because most equipment cannot directly use the incoming high-pressure steam. By using a steam generator, steam pressure can be automatically adjusted according to actual production needs. This ensures efficient steam utilization, reduces waste, lowers energy costs, minimizes air and water pollution, and offers fully automated one-button operation to save labor in printing and dyeing factories.

Last week, Bidragon delivered five sets of 72kW mini electric heating steam generators to a U.S. slaughterhouse. After two months of technical consultation and specification selection, the compact steam generators were recommended based on factory room size and practical steam requirements. In the integrated slaughterhouse process, these electric steam generators heat pool water to 60°C for pig hair removal. Compared with traditional heating methods, they offer simple operation, high efficiency, low cost, and adjustable temperature and pressure to ensure stable and efficient production.

At the end of January 2018, Bidragon delivered two sets of dual fuel steam boilers that can use both diesel and natural gas as fuel. Each boiler has a capacity of 1000kg/h with 1.0Mpa steam pressure, and the boiler shell is made of durable stainless steel. These steam boilers are installed in a textile factory, providing stable and efficient steam for dyeing, printing, and finishing processes while ensuring fuel flexibility and long service life.

Bidragon packaged a 500kg wood pellet fired steam boiler according to customer requirements, using plastic wrap for the boiler body and two plywood boxes for the auxiliary equipment. Before shipment, we provided the customer with detailed packaging photos and confirmed the estimated arrival time based on the shipping plan. This pellet steam boiler offers an eco-friendly biomass solution with reliable performance, supporting sustainable industrial steam applications.

A packed thermal oil boiler, also called a skid-mounted thermal oil heater, offers a compact design with integrated piping and valves. Unlike a normal thermal oil boiler that must be installed piece by piece on-site, the packed version is delivered as a complete set, requiring only connection to user equipment. While the packed boiler has a higher price and more complex shipment, it saves on labor costs, installation time, and footprint—ideal for countries with high labor expenses. The normal thermal oil heater is easier and cheaper to ship but requires more installation work and larger space.
