Waste Heat Recovery Boiler

A mixed waste heat recovery boiler with burners is a highly efficient and energy-saving solution that utilizes residual heat generated from the combustion of mixed exhaust gases, waste residues, and high-temperature flue gases. The waste gases typically feature extreme temperatures ranging from 800°C to 1000°C and contain a high dust concentration of about 15 g/Nm³.

This boiler is widely applied in chemical plants as a cost-effective energy-saving system. By working together with a “three-waste” combustion furnace and a blowing furnace, it achieves the concept of “two coals as one coal, two furnaces as one furnace.” In practice, this integration delivers significant economic and environmental advantages, combining safety, eco-friendliness, high efficiency, and reduced energy consumption.

The boiler structure is designed for reliability and heat transfer performance. It typically consists of a water-cooled membrane wall, superheater, convection tube bank, economizer, and air preheater, ensuring optimal energy recovery and extended service life.
