DZL Series Chain Grate Biomass Steam Boiler

The DZL biomass steam boiler is a single-drum chain grate boiler designed for efficient combustion of biomass fuels like wood chips, rice husks, and bagasse. It features a combined water-tube and fire-tube structure, with high thermal efficiency and stable performance. Equipped with an economizer, induced draft fan, and spiral slag remover, it supports automated and reliable operation. Ash and slag can be reused as organic fertilizer, making it both eco-friendly and energy-saving.

The boiler supports multiple emission control systems (e.g., bag filter, desulfurization), meeting environmental standards while reducing operating costs compared to coal-fired boilers.
