SZL Series Water Tube Biomass Fired Boiler
The DZW series reciprocating grate biomass steam boiler is a single-drum water-tube steam boiler featuring a split-body design with separate upper and lower sections. The upper main body of the boiler consists of upper and lower drums, water-cooled walls connected by left and right headers, and convection tubes arranged between the drums; the inner lining comprises firebrick and refractory concrete-lined furnace walls and front/rear arches, while the exterior features a steel frame with protective plates, with insulation material filled in the interlayer to effectively reduce heat loss.
The lower section of the boiler is equipped with an advanced reciprocating grate (also known as a stepped grate or inclined grate) combustion system. This technology is one of the most widely used solid fuel combustion methods today, particularly suitable for burning biomass fuels with uneven particle sizes, low moisture content, and low-melting-point ash, such as coconut shells, biomass waste, industrial waste, and municipal solid waste.
