DZL series coal fired boiler is single drum water tube and fire tube boiler composed of the body, chain grate, the former arch and the after arch, light the furnace wall, steel frame and the insulating layer etc. Ontologies comprized by the pot shell, smoke box, water wall tube, down tube and under boxes on both sides . Chain grate adopts ten light chain grate, thicken grate, sub-independently supply air.
This boiler uses the new scientific achievement, such as arch tube plate, screw fire tube to solve the problem of tube plate flaw, water wall tube explosion, low efficiency, insufficient output, poor adaptability of coal, improve the heat transfer.

The chain grate coal fired hot water boiler has the following characteristics:
1 Reasonable air distribution and flexible adjustment, it can be adjustable according to combustion conditions.
2 Thicken grate, higher intensity, long liftime of fire grate and long maintenance cycle period.
3 Adopts unique theoretical design of coal combustion furnace structure, so that the boiler has a faster burning speed and efficient clean combustion effect ,no black smoke dicharge.
