At present, it is popular for people to use boilers for heating, bathing, etc. There are many types of boilers on the market. According to the medium, there are hot water boilers, steam boilers, steam-water dual-purpose boilers, etc., and boiler equipment with the same medium often has Different classifications, mainly because they are fueled differently. So, what are the different classifications of hot water boilers?

1. Divided by body type

Hot water boilers can be divided into horizontal hot water boilers and vertical hot water boilers according to their size. A horizontal hot water boiler is a "horizontal" boiler product. It mostly refers to a large boiler product with a large water capacity, heating area and thermal efficiency. Vertical hot water boilers usually refer to small boiler products, which are small in size, convenient for transportation and installation, and do not take up too much space.

2. Divided by fuel

Hot water boilers can be divided into four categories according to the combustion type of fuel: gas fuel, solid fuel, liquid fuel, and new energy fuel. Gaseous fuels are divided into natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, coal gas and biogas. Solid fuels are divided into coal, biomass pellets, wood, etc. Liquid fuels are divided into methanol, diesel and heavy oil. New energy fuels are divided into electricity and so on. Natural gas is currently the most used of these fuels, and we often call it gas-fired hot water boilers as natural gas hot water boilers. Different fuels have different thermal efficiency, working time, operating costs and other factors.

3. Divided by pressure

Hot water boilers can be divided into pressurized hot water boilers and atmospheric pressure hot water boilers according to their working pressure. Pressurized hot water boiler refers to a hot water boiler with working pressure. Because it has working pressure, it is a pressure vessel. Its water temperature will be higher than 100°C. It needs to go to the local quality inspection department for record acceptance when it is installed and used. . The atmospheric hot water boiler has no working pressure, and its working environment is connected to the atmosphere, so it is not a pressure vessel, and its water temperature does not exceed 100°C. Its installation is relatively simple, and it only needs to be installed and debugged after simple installation. Do your homework.
