Product Introduction

Molten salt furance use molten potassium nitrate and sodium nitrite as heating media. Molten salt heater will heat the powder salt over the melting point until the viscosity of the molten salt allows circulating pump works, after the whole system is under circulating condition, then feed then into the thermal oil heater for further circulating rising temperature to make it to be recycling used. Normal media working temperature is 400-500℃, top working temperature could reach 600℃.

1.Diesel (gas) furnace host:

The main host of the diesel (gas) furnace mainly refers to the furnace body and the burner.

2.Auxiliary equipment:

The whole heating furnace system is mainly composed of three parts: heating system, combustion system and electrical control system.
The auxiliary system of the heating system is composed of molten salt storage tank, circulation pump, and connecting pipes and valves.
The auxiliary system of the combustion system consists of diesel (gas) burner (including a diesel (gas) valve group), an explosion-proof door, a chimney, etc., and in some cases, the user should also include an air preheater, an induced draft fan, and the like.
The auxiliary machine of the electrical control system consists of an electrical control cabinet and various measuring components.
